Can I provide the food for my event?

As convenient as this might seem, it’s not possible. All food served in the facility must come from a caterer who is licensed by the state and who carries adequate insurance. Fortunately for you, we have a list of area caterers that already have their paperwork on file with us: Click here to view.  Need help deciding which caterer is right for you? We will be glad to help you with your decision.  *Please note – our list of caterers is just for your convenience.  If you would like to use a licensed caterer that isn’t on this list, please feel free.  We just need you to notify the Executive Director so we may obtain the necessary documentation from that caterer.

How many people can fit in the banquet rooms?

The number of people that can fit in the banquet rooms will vary greatly depending on your choice of room setup. For events like seminars, where theater style seating might be appropriate, over 100 people can fit into one of our banquet rooms. Setups for more elaborate events, such as wedding receptions and banquets will bring that number down to around 70 people per room. We can work with you to determine how much space you need to ensure your guests’ comfort. View setup examples.

Is liquor allowed in the facility?

Absolutely! Our designated Alcohol Vendor can provide you and your guests with top notch service and spirits.  They have a mobile bar so they can set up anywhere in the building for the most fun and efficient service for your event.  Bar setup fee/deposit applicable.

Are tables and chairs available? Is there an additional fee?

Tables and chairs are available at no additional fee. If you provide us with setup details or a map of your event, we’ll have it arranged for you when you arrive.

Will there be someone here during my event if I need assistance?

Of course! A pavilion staff member will be on hand to assist you with any facility related need you might have.

I’m giving a presentation at my meeting. Do you have equipment on site?

As part of your rental you’ll have access to lecterns with built-in speakers. If your event is larger, you might want to use our overhead sound-system. We also have portable screens for your presentation at no additional cost, and you can rent a multimedia projector. If you have a larger presentation in mind, we can connect you with local businesses that can assist you with all of your audio/visual needs.

Is internet available onsite?

Yes, we have Wi-Fi available at no additional charge. We cannot, however, guarantee the speed of your connection.

Is there a deposit required for booking?

Yes, we require half of your rental as a non-refundable down payment. We understand that sometimes special payment arrangements need to be made. Ask the event coordinator about a custom payment schedule.

Is electricity available for vendor booths in the expo hall?

Yes. Our Exposition Hall can accommodate 130 – 10’x10’ booths and our standard trade show electrical floor can provide electricity to 122 of them.

Is there an onsite kitchen that my caterer can use?

Most caterers prepare food in their own kitchen and transport it to the venue to be served. To make things easier on your caterer, we have a prep kitchen with ample refrigeration, warm holding cabinets, counter space, sinks, and ice. All of the caterers on our preferred list have experience working in the space.
